Our Basic Fee is Travel Cost + $6 per Stamp

Travel Fees

We try and offer a mostly flat fee pricing for travel to most areas.


Basic Fee: $35

  • Our Best Fee covers most areas North of Highway 90 and inside Loop 1604
  • Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm

Additional fees may be added for extended areas or after-hours. Additional fees are also added on Sundays and Holidays. Travel fees are subject to change anytime without prior notice. Please call for accurate quote.

These fees DO NOT APPLY to Loan and Mortgage Closings.

Notarial Fees

There are additional fees for the notary stamp or act as prescribed by the State of Texas.  We are required by the State of Texas to post the legally prescribed fees. We want to offer you the Best deal possible. So, it is our policy to only charge the $6 per notarial Stamp.  We normally waive most other additional fees except travel fees.  


Tex. Gov’t. Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public, or their employer, may charge for notary public services. A Notary Public who charges more than the maximum set out below subjects the notary to possible criminal prosecution and suspension or revocation of the notary’s notary public commission by the Secretary of State’s office.

Notaries Public may charge the following fees:

Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal
$ 4.00
Each notice of protest
Protesting in all other cases
Certificate and seal to a protest
Taking the acknowledgment or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal:

(1) for the first signature


(2) for each additional signature

Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal
All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for
Copies of all records and papers in the Notary Public’s office, for each page
Taking the depositions of witnesses, for each 100 words
Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition
All notarial acts not provided for
